and make a tangible impact on the company's success.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.Utilize sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media) to identify and engage passive candidates.Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and maintain communication to build interest in open roles.Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement.Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports.Ensure performance and quality standards and operational metrics are met.Assist in analyzing sourcing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
