We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist for an international company in the smart technology and e-commerce industry, focused on innovative wearable products that combine audio technology and AI-powered features.RequirementsEnglish and Spanish proficiencyMinimum 1+ year of experience in e-commerce or retail customer supportExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong accountability and ownership mindsetAbility to work independently and follow procedures carefullyGood organizational and problem-solving skillsCSR: 1 year (Preferred)ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support through different communication channelsAct as an escalation point for the support teamSupport teammates with product and process-related questionsMaintain and update internal knowledge base documentationCoordinate with external vendors when requiredWork ScheduleMonday to Friday, 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break during business hours.
