This role is recognized across the Company as an expert in the administrative field.Your Mission: What You Will DoManage daily workflow including calendars/schedules, providing administrative support to the team.Manage Team internal/external communications, including scheduling of leadership staff meetings and helping plan agendas based on participant feedback.Manage all aspects of the GM and (2) Directors travel booking, coordination and expense reports.Facilitate and maintain departmental expenses: Processing New Vendors, Purchase Orders (POs), Processing invoices, and follows up on missing payments.Manage and track bill-back budget, POs, and invoices.Support the Chairman of the "You Make a Difference" (Usted Hace la Diferencia) program, ensuring support for commu
