You'll motivate your team to create a great working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.A typical day at IWGYou start the day with a quick review of the daily report,



to plan the day and make sure everyone's prepared.Oversee reception, welcome members and guests, guide them to their meeting rooms, show them the facilities, and help them set up Wi‐Fi connections and screen‐sharing apps for their presentation.Meet with new members to learn about their business needs and identify potential networking opportunities with other businesses in the center.Participate in brief coffee breaks to relax and recharge.Coordinate the move‐in of large companies, ensuring welcome kits are prepared and badges and keys are ready for handover.Handle walk‐ins enquiring about coworking membership, offer assistance, and coordinate follow‐up with the sales team.
