Qargo Coffee | Italy's Finest Coffee Pastries | The Future of Coffee Qargo Coffee is seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Operations Coordinator to support and drive operational excellence across our growing franchise system nationwide.
This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in coffee, restaurant, QSR, or franchise operations who understands how to manage multi-unit environments, enforce standards, and ensure consistency across all locations.
Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily operations across multiple stores nationwide * Work directly with franchisees, store managers, and leadership to ensure execution of brand standards * Support new store openings, operational readiness, and rollout plans * Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective action * Ensure compliance with SOPs, training programs, and operational systems * Partner with marketing, training, and development teams for aligned execution * Track KPIs including sales, labor, speed of service,



and customer experience * Support inventory, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency initiatives Qualifications: * Minimum 10+ years of operations experience in coffee, restaurant, QSR, or franchise brands * Proven experience managing multi-unit operations * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Deep understanding of store-level execution, training, and performance management * Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * High level of accountability and attention to detail At Qargo Coffee, operations is the backbone of our brand.
