Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a confident English-speaking sales professional who can build rapport quickly, handle objections with resilience, and guide conversations with clarity, discipline, and strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
2 years of relevant work experience
Ability to overcome objections and handle adversity
Strong work ethic and drive
Passion for clearly conveying the value of the message
Self-starter mentality




Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, overcome objections, and transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents
Handle inbound calls, identify the reason for the call, and transfer individuals to the correct queue
Build rapport with clients over the phone
Run the sales process effectively with organized notes and follow-up tasks
Collect customer information accurately and diligently
Clearly articulate the value proposition to consumers
Achieve sales targets for calls, transfers, conversion, and quality
