We are looking for a skilled Dressmaker to join our team and support garment alterations and repairs within a dynamic, international studio environment.

What youll do

- Perform garment alterations, including hemming, resizing, adjusting seams and lengths as required, ensuring perfect fit and finish.

- Repair damaged garments by sewing tears, replacing zippers, buttons or other components as needed, restoring items to high-quality standards.

- Operate sewing machines, irons, and other tailoring equipment safely and efficiently.

- Monitor inventory of tailoring materials and notify management when supplies run low.

- Maintain accurate records of all assigned garments, completed alterations, repairs and workflow tasks.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.

What were looking for

- Native or fluent Spanish strong written and verbal communication is required.

- Proven experience as a tailor, seamstress, dressmaker or in a similar garment-alteration/repair role.

- Skilled use of sewing machines,



irons, needles, threads and other tailoring tools.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver precise, high-quality work on every garment.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines efficiently and adapt to shift work if required.

- Good knowledge of different fabrics and appropriate alteration or repair techniques.
