**Descrição do cargo:**

**HR Technology & AI Solutions Specialist**

**Location: Bogotá**

**Role Summary**

The HR Technology & AI Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and optimizing technology-driven solutions within the HR function, with a strong focus on AI-enabled tools and automation.

This role partners with HR and technical teams to enhance operational efficiency, improve employee experience, and ensure responsible and compliant use of AI systems across people processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**HR Technology & AI Solutions (Core Function)**

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR processes through technology and AI solutions.
• Translate HR business needs into structured requirements for technical teams, including workflows, decision logic, and data inputs.
• Support the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of AI agents and automation tools used in HR processes (e.g., onboarding, employee support, internal knowledge systems).
• Develop and maintain documentation of system workflows, logic, and configurations.

**AI Agent Testing, Validation & Governance**

• Test AI agents and HR technology solutions to ensure functionality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify gaps,



edge cases, and risks; provide structured feedback for improvements.
• Conduct periodic audits of AI systems to ensure:

+ accuracy and reliability
+ fairness and bias mitigation
+ compliance with ethical AI standards
+ data privacy and security adherence

• Monitor system performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
• Maintain logs of updates, issues, and improvements.

**Process Optimization & Data Analysis**

• Analyze HR process performance and identify areas for efficiency improvement through automation or system enhancements.
• Use data insights to support decision-making and improve user experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Operations) to implement scalable solutions.

**Enablement & Adoption**

• Support training and onboarding of HR teams in the use of AI and HR technology tools.
• Create user guides, best practices, and internal documentation.
• Act as a subject matter support for HR tech tools and AI-driven solutions.

**Qualifications**

**Required**

• 2+ years of experience in HR Systems, HR Technology, or related technical roles.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with technology-driven processes or systems (e.g., HRIS, automation tools, or similar platforms).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and logical requirements.
• High attention to detail in testing, validation, and documentation.

**Preferred**

• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow systems.

• Experience with talent acquisition teams.
• Familiarity with prompt design, AI agent workflows, or system testing.
• Exposure to project management, product thinking, or agile methodologies
