Supports software asset operations across global regions with a focus on procurement, compliance, and software lifecycle tracking.
Ensures alignment with enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) standards to maintain global consistency and governance.
Collaborates with Business Units (BUs) to collect, validate, and maintain software inventory, entitlement, and renewal data, improving visibility and reporting accuracy.
Assists in monitoring renewal timelines, tracking license consumption, and supporting compliance and audit activities, contributing to centralized lifecycle management and effective general software governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end software lifecycle management, including procurement support, entitlement tracking, license consumption monitoring, renewal coordination, and end-of-life retirement activities.
- Partner with general Business Units (BUs) to document software inventory, contracts, entitlements, license counts, vendor relationships, and operational processes.
- Support vendor contract consolidation efforts, including alignment of renewal schedules and vendor account rationalization.
- Analyze software asset data to identify gaps, redundancies, compliance risks, and optimization opportunities, ensuring alignment with enterprise ITAM standards.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation by collecting and organizing software contracts, license keys, renewal dates, and related metadata to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Assist with consolidation of software asset information into centralized IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems and structured reporting to leadership, highlighting renewal risks and compliance exposure.

- Experience working within Service

- Experience in asset or software license operations with integral exposure.
- Familiarity with software licensing terms and international compliance regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data review and validation.
- Experience collaborating with finance, procurement, and IT stakeholders.
- Comfort working across multiple time zones and cultural environments.
