As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Lead Project Manager to oversee our dynamic and innovative web development projects and lead the existing project managers and web developers towards delivering exceptional digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of project managers and developers, ensuring efficient allocation and execution of tasks across project managers and web developers teams.

Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budget.

Foster a collaborative environment that integrates the efforts of project managers, developers,



designers, and marketing professionals to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations.

Serve as senior management's primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any critical issues that need escalation.

Implement and refine project management processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Conduct performance reviews and mentor project managers and team members, facilitating professional growth and development within the team.

Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring precise and consistent updates on project progress and outcomes.

Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Advocate for and ensure the alignment of project goals with the company's strategic objectives, contributing to the business's overall success and growth.
