Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the surgical team within the surgical center, this individual should have knowledge and skills about products and techniques of the spine.
- Test all instruments and equipment before and after surgery, ensuring problematic or defective instruments are separated and sent for maintenance, and replace them as soon as possible.
- Promote increased proceduralization through relationships within the surgical center with surgeons acting in conjunction with Sales Representatives to increase the number of surgeries and surgeons.
- Accelerate revenue and market penetration for all products in the territory and maintain relationships with spine surgeon customers.
