Consulting Opportunity in Colombia: Empresa confidencial Consultant – Sales & Customer Enablement (Life Sciences & AI-enabled Solutions)

We are seeking a scientifically grounded, consultative professional (based in Colombia) to drive customer success and revenue growth across Empresa confidencial’s AI‑enabled scientific products and solutions.

You will support customers in adopting advanced digital and AI capabilities, build strong relationships across life sciences organizations, and expand Empresa confidencial’s market presence across the Andean region and the Caribbean.

This is an independent consulting engagement.

The consultant will be responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

Duration, deliverables, and compensation will be agreed upon in the consulting contract.

What You’ll Do
- Enable customers through onboarding, training, and workflow integration
- Apply consultative, value‑based selling to position Empresa confidencial products and solutions
- Manage and grow accounts, covering commercial, academic, and government accounts.
- Drive regional growth,



ensuring strong customer engagement and market penetration
- Identify and close new business opportunities in life sciences and digital research
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads; identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
- Deliver workshops, trainings, and events for academic, government, and industry audiences
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support forecasting

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field; Ph.D. strongly preferred
- Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate ROI and business impact
- Familiarity with scientific information, intellectual property, or research tools.
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, presentation and relationship‑building skills;
- Ability to simplify complex scientific and technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Interest in AI‑driven scientific solutions and digital research p
