Tube is responsible for leading You

Tube marketing strategy and execution, driving audience growth, artist visibility, and commercial performance through innovative strategic partnerships, and data-driven marketing initiatives.

This leader oversees the development and execution of global You

Tube campaigns, identifies emerging trends and fast-growing social platforms, and collaborates cross-functionally with artists, the video team, creative teams, partner managers,



and internal stakeholders to maximize campaign performance, audience engagement, and cultural impact worldwide.

Tube strategy, video integration, and delegation of video team resources while maintaining hands-on involvement in priority artist projects.
