We are seeking a senior Performance Tester to lead API performance testing initiatives across a complex enterprise ecosystem involving Salesforce, Mule

Soft, Oracle, and integrated boundary applications.

The idóneo candidate will have strong hands-on experience with JMeter or Gatling and the ability to define and communicate full performance testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute API performance testing across enterprise application ecosystems
- Design and implement load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing strategies
- Build structured performance test plans and success criteria




- Analyze results and identify system bottlenecks or performance risks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve performance issues
- Prepare executive-level summaries and communicate business impact clearly
- Support integration with automation frameworks where applicable

Requirements
- Strong API performance testing experience
- Hands-on experience with JMeter and/or Gatling
- Experience designing end-to-end performance testing strategies
- Experience in distributed enterprise application environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder presentation abilities

Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Playwright, Type

Script, or Cucumber
- Salesforce, Mule

Soft, or Oracle ecosystem exposure
