We are looking for a highenergy Sales Development Representative SDR to join a fastpaced, performancedriven environment.
This role is focused on reengaging previously lost or inactive clients through highvolume outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Make 300400 outbound calls daily to reengage former clients
Identify and qualify new opportunities from inactive accounts
Handle objections confidently and reposition service value
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified prospects
Consistently meet or exceed daily activity and performance targets
What Success Looks Like
Consistent achievement of daily call volume targets
Strong pipeline generation from reactivated clients
High conversion rates from outreach to qualified opportunities
Professional, persuasive,
and highenergy communication
Requirements
13 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or similar roles nonCSR
Proven experience handling high call volumes 150 daily minimum
Strong objectionhandling and persuasion skills
Experience working in performancedriven environments
Advanced English level C1 or higher
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and metrics
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
