We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Support Officer
to join our remote HR team.

This entry-level role is idóneo for candidates based in Australia who are interested in starting a career in Human Resources and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

You will assist with administrative HR tasks, employee support, recruitment coordination, and record management while working closely with the HR team to ensure smooth workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports as required.
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll data preparation.




- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.

- Based in Australia (mandatory requirement).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn HR practices.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus but not required.
