Our nonprofit organization is seeking a professional **BILINGUAL (Spanish and English) VIDEOGRAPHER** to film a corporate event on **March 12, 2026, from 4:00-7:00 PM** at the **Dann Carlton Hotel Cali**.

**Arrival Time**: 3:00 PM
**Departure Time**: 7:00 PM

**The videographer will capture**:

- All speakers (not entire speeches)
- Candid moments of attendees
- Event setup and reception
- 1-on-1 quick interviews (one question with five people)

**Equipment Requirements**
- 2 HD video cameras capable of extended recording
- Tripod with fluid head
- Wireless or handheld microphone and sound recorder
- Gimbal for smooth B-roll (preferred)
- On-camera lighting

**Deliverables**
- Footage must be shot in a **minimum 1920x1080 resolution**:





- All raw footage must be uploaded to our **Dropbox within 24 hours after the event concludes**

**Payment**: $450 USD flat fee

**Payment will be made via Payoneer, Pay

Pal, or Venmo (no cash) after successful upload of deliverables.**
