We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and modern frontend interfaces, contribute to our AI initiatives, and serve as a key technical liaison for our US-based sales and presales team, providing on-call priority support for customer questions and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Go, Python, and PHP (Laravel)
- Build and maintain responsive, performant frontend applications using React
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into polished UI experiences
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical design discussions for both frontend and backend systems
- Build and integrate AI-powered features into production systems
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers
- Collaborate with product, Dev

Ops, and data teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack
- Contribute to documentation, engineering standards, and internal tooling
- Coordinate with the US-based sales and presales team to provide on-call priority support for customer questions and escalations
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customer-facing issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Triage and resolve escalated technical issues raised by customers or the support team
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable explanations for non-technical stakeholders




- Maintain awareness of customer use cases and feedback to inform engineering improvements

Technical Requirements

Backend Languages and Frameworks

- Go - strong proficiency in building concurrent, high-performance microservices and APIs
- Python - solid experience in backend development, scripting, and data processing
- PHP / Laravel - hands-on experience with Eloquent ORM, queues, middleware, and RESTful API development Frontend

hooks
- React - solid experience building component-based UIs, managing state, and working with
- Familiarity with modern React ecosystem tools such as React Router, React Query, or Redux
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java

Script (ES6+)
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Vite or Webpack
- Understanding of REST and GraphQL API consumption from the frontend

General Engineering

- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL API design
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev

Ops workflows
- Version control with Git and collaborative branching strategies

AI Skills

- Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or open-source models into production applications




- Understanding of prompt engineering and context management
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and ML pipeline tooling (e.g., scikit-learn, Hugging

Face)
- Ability to build and expose AI-powered APIs and services
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)

Bonus Skills

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as Lang

Chain, Lang

Graph, Auto

Gen, CrewAI, or similar
- Knowledge of multi-agent system design - orchestrating autonomous agents for complex task execution
- Experience building AI pipelines with tool use, memory management, and reasoning chains
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices in production environments

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with both frontend and backend

exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade systems at scale
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical

audiences
- English proficiency is mandatory
