My Remote Hire

Colombia

We are seeking a highly experienced, senior-level Offshore Social Media Manager to join our team as a key strategic and operational partner to the CMO.

This is not a junior execution role.

We need someone who has deep expertise in social media strategy, community management, influencer marketing, and paid social analytics — and who can operate autonomously, build systems, and drive real results across a multi-brand portfolio.

This person will function as the social media intelligence hub for BDB Brands — connecting community engagement, vendor accountability, content strategy, and cross-brand growth into a single coordinated function.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who

- Has 5+ years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in multi-brand, franchise, or agency environments
- Can operate independently and own a function end-to-end — no hand-holding required
- Is a systems thinker who builds SOPs, templates, and repeatable processes, not just one-off executions
- Has strong analytical skills and can translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Is an exceptional communicator in English — written and verbal — with the confidence to represent BDB on vendor calls and in influencer outreach
- Is detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven
- Is available during US Eastern / Central business hours for calls, vendor meetings, and real-time coordination
- Is based in the Americas (Latin America, Caribbean, or similar time zone) to ensure full overlap with our team Core Responsibilities

1.

Community

Management

- Monitor, engage, repost, share, and comment across three primary accounts: Marco’s Pizza Southeast / BDB master, Pop

Up Bagels Florida, and Sandbox VR Orlando
- Own comment and DM management across paid and organic posts, responding autonomously within established brand voice guidelines

- Engage with influencer posts when they tag or post for any BDB brand account
- Flag escalations or reputation issues to leadership immediately 2.

Influencer

Management

- Own the full influencer cycle: identification, outreach, coordination, store visit scheduling, and post tracking
- Manage the Foodfluence platform and coordinate with store operators to confirm influencer visits with adequate advance notice
- Monitor trending influencers and flag paid collaboration candidates to the CMO
- Develop UGC briefs and content guidelines based on vendor calls and brand direction — no direct CMO involvement required in day-to-day outreach 3.

Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain a weekly dashboard tying sales performance to marketing spend across accounts
- Deliver weekly organic performance digests — what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do about it
- Deliver a weekly paid social market recap to the Marco’s team highlighting what’s driving results
- Surface trending topics and high-performing content formats as inspiration for our own posts
- Provide the CMO with clear, executive-level insights — not raw data dumps 4.

Paid Social Vendor

Accountability

- Attend all paid social vendor calls (Grow Mojo, Monkey Man, and others) as a BDB representative
- Track paid ad performance against spend and hold vendors accountable using data
- Coordinate directly between vendors and the internal BDB team — serve as the connective tissue so the CMO is not a bottleneck

- Identify underperformance early and flag with supporting data before issues compound 5.

Marco’s Pizza Promotions Support
- Partner with the Marco’s team weekly to determine which specials and promotions to amplify on social
- Develop promotion briefs and coordinate content creation and scheduling around those priorities
- Own organic post calendar coordination for Marco’s Pizza Southeast 6.

Cross-Brand Portfolio Support
- Serve as a resource for other BDB brand teams who need guidance building or growing their social accounts
- Provide recommendations on content strategy, account setup, and platform best practices across the portfolio
- Develop scripts and content guidelines based on Grow Mojo and organic vendor calls for use by influencers and content teams Tools & Platforms

Experience with the following tools is strongly preferred:

- Metricool — scheduling, analytics, and cross-platform reporting
- Brand24 — social listening and brand monitoring
- Sprout Social — community management and reporting (Marco’s Pizza)
- Foodfluence — influencer management platform
- Google Workspace — Sheets, Docs, Drive (reporting and coordination)
- Meta Ads Manager / Tik

Tok Ads — paid social performance tracking Why This Role Is Different

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.

You will have direct access to the CMO, real influence over how a growing multi-brand portfolio shows up in social media, and the autonomy to build systems that scale.

If you’re looking for a role where you can operate like an owner, bring real expertise to the table, and make a measurable impact — this is it.
