We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This role is focused on re-engaging previously lost or inactive clients through high-volume outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 300–400 outbound calls daily to re-engage former clients
- Identify and qualify new opportunities from inactive accounts
- Handle objections confidently and reposition service value
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified prospects
- Consistently meet or exceed daily activity and performance targets
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent achievement of daily call volume targets
- Strong pipeline generation from reactivated clients
- High conversion rates from outreach to qualified opportunities
- Professional, persuasive, and high-energy communication
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or similar roles (non-CSR)
- Proven experience handling high call volumes (150+ daily minimum)
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
- Experience working in performance-driven environments
- Advanced English level (C1 or higher)
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and metrics
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
