Evaluation, we're building AI-driven platforms for the property management industry.

We're looking for an Experienced Product Owner who blends strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands-on AI experience with the discipline of clear process and business value creation.

This is not a coordination role.

We need someone self-managed, business-oriented, and confident leading initiatives that generate ROI, improve KPIs, and accelerate execution, someone who has actually shipped AI-powered features, not just studied them.

What You'll Do

- Clarify business goals, pain points, constraints, and success metrics
- Map and align stakeholders, internal teams, end users, and clients
- Run discovery sessions: interviews, workshops, and shadowing sessions
- Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic flows
- Analyze metrics, user behavior, and financial impact to justify priorities
- Bridge business and tech, ensure teams understand the why and what behind each requirement




- Validate delivered features meet requirements and acceptance criteria
- Monitor outcomes post go-live and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in Product, Business Analysis, or hybrid roles
- Experience in SaaS, Prop

Tech, Fin

Tech, risk, or compliance environments
- Proven track record shipping AI-powered features
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, classification models, or workflow agents
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n) essential
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring ROI
- Excellent communication skills clear, structured, and confident
- English B1 or higher
