We're building an outbound engine at BPO Innovations , and we need the architect.

We are hiring a Senior SDR (El Salvador only) with perfect English to book meetings in the US.

Your 4-Pillar Tech Stack:

Data & Prospecting: You live in Clay, Apollo.io, and Lusha .

You don't just scrape; you enrich with waterfall logic using multiple sources.
2.

Sales Engagement: You sequence in Instantly or Smartlead , and you understand email deliverability isn't just a button—it's a science.
3. AI & Workflow: You use ChatGPT/Claude/Deep

Seek not just for copy, but to build research agents.

You automate the boring stuff with Make or Apify .
4.

Intent & ABM:



You've scaled past "spray and pray." You find in-market accounts with 6sense, Zoom

Info Intent, or Bombora and trigger campaigns when they're ready to buy.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Full-time, long-term role: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
- Salary of $ 800,00 Monthly + performance bonuses (up to $ 600 extra) tied to meetings booked and pipeline generated.

Holidays off (working during SV Holidays)
- 15 vacation days annually
- 100% remote.

Adaptable schedule with just 1–2 hours of weekly overlap with Guatemala/El Salvador business hours (GMT-6) for sync meetings.
