Los titulares de puestos de este nivel dan muestras de responsabilidad y espíritu de iniciativa para responder autónomamente a consultas y problemas disponiendo solo de orientaciones de orden general.

Se requiere que hagan uso de buen criterio frente a los problemas imprevistos que puedan surgir a diario.
