We are currently partnering with a general company in the digital services and business solutions industry to identify highperforming commercial talent for a confidential opportunity based in Bogotá.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships in fastpaced international environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Identify and engage potential business clients through outbound and inbound strategies.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, cold outreach, and followups.
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and revenue generation.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or client acquisition.
Advanced English level C1 or higher.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Goaloriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a metricsdriven environment.
