As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our U.S. recruitment efforts and help us attract top talent within the logistics industry.

? Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across the U.S. 3PL logistics sector

• Partner with the Recruitment Director to understand hiring needs and craft job descriptions

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

• Network with logistics professionals to strengthen talent acquisition efforts

• Support HR processes: background checks, offer letters, agreements, and onboarding

• Maintain and update ATS systems and candidate databases





• Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding processes

• Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives

• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience

• Track and report KPIs on a daily and weekly basis

? Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience OR relevant academic background

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Organizational Management, Business, or related field ?
