**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **highly agile, fast-learning, and execution-driven Applied AI Software Engineer** to design and deploy **production-grade AI agents and agentic frameworks** on top of SIMPRO FSMs.
You will work at the intersection of **AI, product, and engineering**, transforming real business opportunities into **scalable, monetizable AI systems**.

- **Key Responsibilities**
- Design and build **AI agents and agentic systems** aligned with real-world workflows and business goals
- Rapidly prototype and deploy **LLM-powered solutions** into production environments
- Integrate AI capabilities into **core platforms via APIs and microservices**:
- Own **end-to-end delivery**: from concept prototype production scale
- Develop and maintain **scalable MLOps infrastructure** for production AI systems
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure **high-quality data pipelines** and system performance
- Build systems that are **robust, performant, and ready for enterprise scale**
** Required Skills & Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years building and deploying **production AI / LLM / agentic systems**:
- Strong experience with **distributed systems, APIs, and modern architectures**:
- Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms and MLOps tooling**:
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design)
- Experience working in **fast-moving, high-ownership environments**:
- **Advanced English communication skills**
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience building **multi-agent systems or agent orchestration frameworks**:
- Exposure to **real-time conversational AI or LLM integrations**:
- Experience integrating AI into **enterprise SaaS platforms**:
