Senior PPC Strategist

Reports to: Operations Manager - Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST

Plumber Marketing USA is a digital marketing agency built specifically for plumbers, HVAC contractors, and electricians across the United States. We don't do generalist marketing. **About the role**

This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll be the paid search strategist for a portfolio of approximately 20 home services clients, each spending around $8,000 per month in ads. You report to the Operations Manager and work alongside web designers and account managers, but you own the paid media strategy.

We're not looking for someone to follow a playbook. We want someone who has their own and knows when to adjust it.

**Core responsibilities**
- Own Google Ads strategy for approximately 20 active clients across Search, Display, and Performance Max
- Manage and optimize Local Services Ads (LSA / Google Guaranteed) for home services clients
- Build, test, and improve landing pages in GoHighLevel, including ground-up builds using AI tools
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign structure to consistently lower CPAs and improve ROAS
- Build and maintain negative keyword lists, audience segments, and targeting logic
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Build performance dashboards in Looker Studio
- Handle bulk campaign changes efficiently in Google Ads Editor
- Join client calls 1 to 2 times per month to walk through strategy and results
- Spot opportunities and act on them without waiting to be asked





**Required qualifications**
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management with real strategic ownership
- Experience in home services PPC, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical strongly preferred
- Google Ads certified (Search and Display minimum)
- Solid working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Editor, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets
- Experience building and improving landing pages (GoHighLevel a strong plus)
- Comfortable using AI tools for content, page builds, and day-to-day efficiency
- Strong spoken and written English, client calls are part of this role
- Available and focused 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday

**Preferred qualifications**
- Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising experience
- Meta Ads experience (Google is the priority, Meta is a bonus)
- Experience managing Local Services Ads from setup through ongoing optimization
- Familiarity with home services seasonality, call tracking, and lead generation funnels

**Compensation and benefits**
- $4,500 to $6,500/month USD, paid in USD, based on experience
