**Responsibilities**
- Schedule calls and interviews in coordination with Hiring managers.
- Join Hiring managers calls to learn interviewing techniques and client communication.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for the different roles
**Requirements**:
- Experienced: 1+ year in recruitment, headhunting, or sourcing for the U.S. market.
- A hunter at heart, with genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- A fast learner, eager to grow, receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Strong in both written and verbal communication, able to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
