**Description**:
Garantizar la eficiencia, estabilidad y mejora continua de los procesos operativos de la planta de fundición, mediante el diseño, estandarización, control y optimización de los flujos de trabajo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad industrial, productividad y sostenibilidad, contribuyendo al desempeño general de la operación.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Analizar, estandarizar y optimizar los procesos de fundición para mejorar eficiencia y reducir costos.

Monitorear parámetros críticos del proceso y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.

Liderar proyectos de mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

Documentar y actualizar procedimientos, instructivos y diagramas de proceso.

Acompañar la operación y capacitar al personal en nuevas metodologías y mejoras.

Analizar datos productivos y preparar reportes de desempeño.

Identificar y ejecutar iniciativas de innovación tecnológica.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad industrial y ambientales dentro de los proces
