ClearNexus is building a high-performance sales organization in Medellín, and we’re looking for driven, competitive, and goal-oriented Loan Sales Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want unlimited growth potential.

This is not a traditional customer service role. We are looking for strong communicators who can confidently guide customers through the loan process, overcome objections, and close deals through high-volume outbound communication.

This is an on-site position based in El Poblado (Milla de Oro), Medellín.

What You’ll Do
- Use assumptive sales techniques and proven rebuttals to guide customers toward loan approvals and funding
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust with applicants
- Identify customer needs and present loan solutions that fit their situation
- Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the conversation
- Follow up aggressively with warm leads to maximize conversion rates
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal compliance and workflow procedures

What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English level (B2+ or higher)
- Previous experience in sales, call centers, collections, retention, or BPO environments preferred
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to earn, grow, and advance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Must be located in Medellín and available to work on-site in El Poblado
