About the position

We are looking for an Operational Specialist to support regional sales operations and ensure the efficient execution of customer contracts, orders, and shipments. This role plays a key part in coordinating cross-functional teams to guarantee accurate, timely, and compliant order processing.

Key Responsibilities




- Support regional sales teams by following up on daily customer contracts, orders, and shipments.
- Manage the entry, review, and release of overseas orders across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with Finance, R&D;, Supply Chain, Customs, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and on-time order delivery.

Job Requirements
- Proficiency in operating the SAP system
- More than 2 years related working experience, strong academic ability, willing to take on more responsibilities and tasks required by the organization
- Fluent in English (B2+). Mandarin skill is a hugh plus
