About the Role

Do you love Medellín and enjoy sharing its vibrant culture, rich history, and unique spirit with visitors? Guydeez is looking for passionate locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups.

No professional tour guide license or prior experience is required. What matters most is your enthusiasm, local knowledge, and ability to create engaging, memorable experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Lead private walking tours showcasing Medellín’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and hidden gems (3-8 hours)
- Share authentic stories and insights into the city’s culture, history, and daily life
- Adapt each tour to guests’ interests, pace, and preferences
- Provide a welcoming, professional,



and memorable experience
- Optionally host food-focused or lifestyle tours if interested

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong knowledge of Medellín’s history, culture, attractions, and local life
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Chinese
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing communicatorComfortable leading tours lasting several hours
- Previous experience in guiding, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (not required)
