Role Description

The Senior Director of Operations is a full-time, hybrid role based in Usaquén with opportunities for partial remote work. The role involves overseeing operational strategies to ensure streamlined processes and organizational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing operational goals, leading cross-functional teams, developing and monitoring budgets,



and optimizing customer service and support. The Senior Director will also be tasked with analyzing operational data to enhance performance and contributing to strategic decision-making aligned with the company’s mission to advance cancer therapies.
