Title: Solutions Engineer

Location: Riyadh, hybrid

What you will do

- Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, owning and managing pre‑sales activities such as technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concept projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team, jointly owning the sales cycle and account plan.
- Help drive deeper and wider into the account by identifying requirements for additional internal resources, alternative solutions, and potential internal sponsors.
- Understand and document customer business and technical requirements, using them to create value‑based proposals that address business drivers and pain points and guide the sales cycle toward a technical close and a business win.
- Build strong relationships with key partner ecosystem contacts; work with the channel sales team to train, enable, and strengthen partner relationships that can help drive opportunities to technical close.

What makes you an idóneo candidate

- Multiple years in a technical pre‑sales role with a solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and selling motion.
- Domain knowledge in at least two AIOps or observability disciplines such as Cloud Observability, Network Observability, Infrastructure Observability, or Application Observability.
- Strong understanding of networking and/or observability technologies (SNMP, Flow, Packet Capture, TCP fundamentals,



routing & switching, virtualization, SD‑WAN, cloud environments, applications).
- Excellent communication skills, able to present virtually and in person, tell stories, win followers, and translate complex technical designs into business outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise datacenter and cloud architectures from an operational standpoint.
- Project management ability, proactively managing multiple engagements in parallel.
- Sales orientation, actively engaging in negotiation, influencing outcomes, closing deals, and winning new business.
- High trust factor, handling objections, questioning, and counter‑statements.
- Team player, proactively supporting stakeholders across sales, professional services, support, project management, R&D;, and executive teams.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
