Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment
- Handle HR documentation, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with ECDA licensing, staffing, and qualification requirements
- Maintain personnel records, CPD tracking, and HR audit documentation
- Support staff engagement, training, and welfare initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a preschool or education setting
- Organised, detail-oriented, and people-focused professional
Salary Range: S$3,000 - S$4,500 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
