We are seeking to appoint a full-time Store Manager who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference Based at our Miranda store, you will be reporting to the District Manager.

Our adecuado candidate
- Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Creative individual with a flair for fashion
- Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded
- Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement
- Confident in leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the store's performance

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Collaborate with District Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories




- Track store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
- Demonstrates strong business acumen through understanding organisational objectives
- Manage training process for new hires and current employees
- Demonstrate effective execution of all performance management tools
- Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath hierarchy
- Responsible for leading and executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectively
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures
- Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed
- Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with District Manager on elevated consumer issues.
