As an Engineering Manager, you will lead our Integrations team — a group of engineers responsible for connecting Yuno's platform to PSPs, acquirers, and payment gateways worldwide. You will own the technical direction and delivery of a critical piece of our infrastructure,
while growing and developing your team in a fast-moving, integral environment.
Your Contribution Will Be
Lead the technical evolution of Yuno's merchant experience, focused on Core platform, APIs, and payment integrations
Own system and integration architecture connecting backend services and payment flows
Contribute hands-on to development, architecture decisions, and code reviews
Ensure scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions for enterprise merchants
Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Payments teams to align platform and merchant needs
Drive engineering best practices in API design, testing, and performance
Support and mentor engineers through technical guidance and architectural direction

Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
