We are a growing residential cleaning company based in San Diego, looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help with sales, customer relations, scheduling, and more.

Your Mission

- Answer inbound phone calls and text messages and convert them into customers

- Follow up with old leads and convert them into customers

- Answer questions from existing customers based on our company policies

- Handle customer scheduling and rescheduling

- Interview and assist with onboarding of new cleaners

- Track revenue, bookings, and team performance daily

- Work with cleaners to manage day-to-day scheduling

- Help with other daily operational tasks as necessary

Availability





This job requires availability Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

Compensation:

-$5/hour USD base salary + bonuses for each sale

-Paid twice a month
