Your Mission: As a Bidding Platform Specialist, you'll manage and optimize online advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your goal? Maximize performance, exceed brand objectives, and contribute to the overall success of GroupM Digital.

What You’ll Do:

- Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across top platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.

- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make strategic adjustments to hit KPIs.

- Troubleshoot implementation issues to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

- Deliver clear, insightful reports highlighting key learnings and actionable recommendations.

- Research and propose new keywords, audience segments, ad formats, and bidding strategies.

- Collaborate closely with the strategy team to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.





✅ What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., as a Digital Trafficker or Bidding Specialist).

- Strong command of Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

- Solid understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.

- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

- A team player with excellent communication and attention to detail.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
