We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Technical Lead to lead the implementation of our AI-powered SaaS platform.

This role combines hands-on technical execution with project coordination, working directly with customers, delivering technical solutions, ensuring implementation quality, and supporting complex enterprise deployments.

Requisitos

Must Have

- Experience leading SaaS or enterprise software implementations.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth.

- Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.

- Solid SQL and database knowledge.

- Experience integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and WhatsApp Business API.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Functional understanding of AWS or Azure cloud environments.

- Experience conducting client discovery sessions and gathering technical requirements.

- Ability to build and present technical POCs and solution demonstrations.

Responsibilities

- Lead low- to medium-complexity implementations independently.

- Support enterprise implementations alongside the Senior Engineer.

- Configure AI agents, RAG, business rules,



domain topics, and n8n integrations.

- Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Document technical requirements and implementation specifications.

- Build and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) and technical demonstrations.

- Review and ensure the quality of work delivered by Junior Implementers.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and escalate complex technical issues with proposed solutions.

- Continuously improve implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices.

Requirements
