- Develop and execute the company's business strategy to achieve sustainable growth and financial performance.
- Build, mentor, and develop a strong leadership team while fostering a high-performance organizational culture.
- Manage operational performance, production targets, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability objectives.
- Drive commercial initiatives to support business development, revenue generation, and market expansion.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government entities, suppliers, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and legal obligations as the company's legal representative.
- Coordinate with international partners and technical suppliers to ensure successful implementation of manufacturing capabilities and operational excellence.

Perfil buscado (h/m) The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration,



Industrial Management, Operations, Manufacturing, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in Plant Management, Operations Leadership, or similar executive-level positions.
- Strong background in manufacturing environments such as electronics manufacturing, circuit assembly, power conversion technologies, semiconductors, glass, plastics, minerals, advanced manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated success leading greenfield projects, plant start-ups, operational scale-ups, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience managing P&L;, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business growth.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality systems, compliance, and industrial best practices.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including government entities, international partners, suppliers, boards, and investors.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English are required.
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments is highly desirable.
