Ruby on Rails Developer (VM) (Remote - Latam) As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software applications that optimize mobile device services and reduce cellular costs for global clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, contribute to both front-end and back-end development, and ensure the software is scalable, reliable, and maintainable. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and related technologies

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Develop front-end features using CSS3, HTML5, and Bootstrap while integrating content from MSSQL databases
- Test software through unit tests, integration tests, and debugging tools
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to solve complex software problems
- Contribute to project plans, technical specifications,



and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in software development Requirements - Bachelor/'s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and web application architecture
- Proficient in front-end technologies: CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap
- Experience with Cold Fusion is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Proficient with version control systems, preferably Git
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
