You may also end up working in other large monorepo codebase modernization efforts such as: linting, auto-formatting, and migration from legacy libraries to preferred, modern alternatives.

Responsibilities

- Design and/or reuse codemods to automate refactoring
- Develop and integrate AI-assisted tooling to accelerate code transformation and review
- Follow TypeScript best practices — strict mode adoption, type coverage metrics, lint rules, and review standards

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on TypeScript in production
- Experience integrating AI code generation or LLM-based tooling into developer workflows
- Strong grasp of the TypeScript type system, e.g. type inference, generics, and conditional types

The Perfect Candidate Might Also Have Experience:

- configuring ESLint/oxlint and writing custom lint rules
- settings up and tuning Renovate for automated third-party NPM package updates
- writing codemods using tools such as jscodeshift, ts-morph, or Babel transforms/ASTs
- working on web platform teams or in the financial technology sector
