Vistra is seeking a People Advisor for LATAM to manage the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, onboarding and HR systems. You will ensure compliance, data integrity and excellent employee experience across Latam locations, with potential for remote work from Spain or hybrid work from Barcelona or Madrid.
The role requires coordinating with payroll, finance and external vendors, and supporting HR queries while driving process improvements across HR systems and reporting.
