We're looking for a Technical Support & Product Specialist to provide technical support to customers while helping translate real-world issues into product improvements.

What You'll Do

- Provide first- and second-line technical support for a logistics platform

- Troubleshoot AWS, Node.js, APIs, DynamoDB, authentication, and UI workflows

- Reproduce and document bugs and escal…

- Support users with shipment tracking, integrations, and label-related issues

- Turn customer feedback into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

- Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements

- Maintain the engineering backlog and support UAT for new features

What We're Looking For

- Strong troubleshooting skills with APIs, logs, and request flows

- Ability to read and understand Node.js code

- Familiarity with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch

- Excellent written communication and customer empathy

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
