We've shipped 200M+ downloads across PC, Mobile, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and VR for Netflix, Hasbro, Atari, Nickelodeon, and the International Olympic Committee. Now we're scaling our team to take on ambitious new projects.

We're actively recruiting for two critical roles:

- 5+ years shipping mobile games in lead design roles
- Shipped at least one title with 1M+ downloads
- Fluent in analytics (Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Strong written communication — your GDD must be crystal-clear
- 5+ years shipping games with Unreal Engine (C++ expertise)
- Proven mentorship experience — you've leveled up junior engineers
- Comfort with distributed, asynchronous teams across timezones
- Bonus: networked multiplayer, mobile Unreal, or cross-platform expertise
