About the Role

Konvertti is looking for a Digital Media Trafficker to join our high-performance marketing team. In this key role, you’ll execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Spotify.

You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, and analysts to ensure flawless campaign implementation, proper tracking, and impactful delivery—contributing to measurable business results for our clients.

- Set up and launch paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Ensure proper pixel/tag implementation and accurate audience segmentation
- Collaborate with planners and designers to align creative formats and specs
- Manage trafficking processes via Meta Business Manager, DV360, CM360, TikTok Ads Manager, and others
- QA all campaign assets, links, and tracking before launch
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure delivery, pacing, and tagging accuracy




- Support testing strategies (A/B tests, audience splits, budget variations)
- Coordinate with analytics teams to validate data and support performance reporting
- 1–3 years of experience in media trafficking or digital campaign management
- Experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, pixels, and tag managers (GTM preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong QA and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and interpreting performance data
- Bonus: Experience using CM360, DV360, or programmatic buying tools
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of GA4, AppsFlyer, or MMPs
