COMPENSATION
- COMP MODEL: YEAR 1 Salary Guarantee (from the medical center), then roll into private practice comp model
- Income Guarantee: $375,000+ (negotiable)
- Signing Bonus: $35,000
- 50% @ signing 50% @ start (no visa)
- 100% @ start (if visa)
CALL PAY
- OB & GYN = $5,000 / weekend
- OB only = $3,500 / weekend
- GYN only = $1,500 / weekend
