Position Overview

The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional improvement projects focusing on the services provided by the CBS. Projects may be global and span multiple specialties such as Finance, HR and Transition, and will be managed as programmes where appropriate. The role requires end‑to‑end ownership of the project life‑cycle, from requirements analysis through business case development, implementation planning and execution, to stabilization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross‑functional improvement projects and new system implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Own the full project life‑cycle, from initiation to deployment, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Communicate and negotiate with internal stakeholders and external parties such as customers or vendors.
- Identify, design and implement process, system or product enhancements to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other Project Managers and teams across functions and geographies.
- Support PMO efforts to develop practices, templates, policies and training materials.
- Collect business requirements from users and stakeholders, translate them into specifications for the development team.
- Allocate and manage resources for development, testing, implementation and stabilization.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule and cost with appropriate verification techniques.




- Measure project performance, perform risk management and report on progress to leadership.
- Facilitate training sessions and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field.
- Minimum five years of project management experience with PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification; Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus.
- In‑depth knowledge of project management tools, methodologies and change‑management frameworks.
- Experience leading projects in shared‑service environments, particularly in Finance, HR, IT or Continuous Improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to address diverse audiences at multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to plan, execute and report independently while working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Resilience, adaptability and the ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Travel Requirements

Yes– occasional travel to other company facilities may be required to ensure on‑time delivery of projects.

Language Skills

English– speaking, writing and reading proficiency required.

Working Conditions

Hybrid working – one day per week in the office.
