As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the voice of our company, connecting with clients, solving problems, and ensuring smooth and effective communication every day.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• English level B2 or higher.
• High school diploma (11th grade certified).
• 18 years old or above.
• Living in Barranquilla.
• Must not have previous processes with Avanza, GSS, or Covisian.

? What We Offer You:
• ? Salary: $2,200,000 + average variable bonus $400,000 + full legal benefits.
• ? Payments:



Base salary monthly + commissions every 15 days.
• ⏰ Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.).
• ? Modality: 100% on-site in Barranquilla (Cra 49C #80-161, in front of Sura de Urgencias).
• ✍️ Contract: Direct with the company – stability guaranteed.

? Your Role:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Solve inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Handle technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Document interactions and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
